How to Request Data Deletion

To initiate the deletion of your account and data, please send an email to our support team with the following details:

• Email Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• Your full name: [Your Name]
• Your registered email address: [Your Email]
• Your student ID (if applicable): [Your Student ID]

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. This process may take up to 7 business days. After verification, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

Deleted data includes:

• Your personal profile information (name, email, etc.)
• Your academic data (timetable, past papers, etc.)
• Your activity logs (queue history, lost & found posts, etc.)
